I have broad experience treating many individuals across diverse backgrounds and experiences. I started practicing as a therapist at a community clinic in rural East Texas and moved my practice to Fayetteville NWA in the fall of 2021. I treat all forms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mental and emotional suffering. I specialize in counseling adults who feel psychologically stuck and are seeking support and insight with identity, relationship, education and career challenges. My practice supports the LGBTQIA2+ community.

I am an insight-oriented relational psychotherapist. I will guide you in self-reflection and curiosity as you explore the issues that brought you into therapy. Ultimately, the goal is to gain an understanding of oneself that extends beyond the symptoms you are experiencing and get to the cause of your troubles. To do this, I employ psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, existential, and other depth-oriented psychologies, couched within a relational framework. The hope is to build a relationship of trust and a meaningful connection that allows you to find healing.

I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation because I believe the therapeutic relationship is essential for effective psychotherapy. During the consultation, we can talk about you and your reason for seeking psychotherapy. I can answer your questions, tell you more about what influences my work, and we can discuss an hourly rate and session frequency that feels meaningful for you.
