I began practicing as a therapist at a nonprofit grief and loss center in Austin, Texas, and later worked in private practice in rural East Texas. In the fall of 2021, my practice moved to Fayetteville where I have had the privilege of serving the NWA community and surrounding areas for the past two years. I have experience providing therapy for adults from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing life adjustments, stress, anxiety, depression, psychological conflicts, grief and loss. I work with individuals looking to address shame, perfectionism, self-esteem/self-worth, body image, and relationship difficulties. My practice supports the LGBTQIA2+ community.
My approach to therapy is integrative and humanistic. I view differences as valuable, and hold that each person has a natural rhythm and unique potential. Because of this, I tailor therapy to support each client’s particular needs and focuses. My aim is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive space where you can freely explore and make sense of your internal and external worlds. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship and an emphasis on the mind-body connection, I will support you in curiously examining and integrating the physical and psychological aspects of yourself to promote your healing and wellbeing. My hope is that through engaging in this process you discover, rediscover, and be your truest self.
Reaching out and finding the right fit can be challenging. Because the therapeutic connection is a vital component of effective therapy, I offer a free 20-minute consultation to answer any questions you have, discuss your therapeutic needs, and determine if we are a good fit.
